We recommend booking soon! The Portland Marathon is Oct. 5 and starts near the hotel, so it may be a busy weekend.

Where
- We have a block of rooms reserved at The Porter Portland (a Hilton Curio hotel).
- Our rates are a steal! $129/night for any room. King, double queens or king corner rooms are available. The king corner rooms have a fold-out couch good for kids or an extra person.
- The hotel is two blocks from the river waterfront and walkable to most everything downtown.
- For those who are driving each day, parking is available in a garage across the street at a discounted daily valet parking rate of $20/day. The overnight rate is $45/night.

When
- Thursday night's reception will be in a private space of the rooftop bar at the hotel.
- Friday night's dinner-dance event will be on the Willamette River aboard the Willamette Star. Our theme will be "A Vintage Thrift Shop Party Cruise." It’s a very smooth ride up and down the river with views of the city. The boarding dock is walkable (or a very short ride) from the hotel.
Other events and weekend activity options
- Wine tour options and other activities for Saturday afternoon are in progress.
- There is a Portland Thorns women’s soccer game Saturday night against Utah for anyone interested in a local sporting event.
Perks for parents
If folks are interested, we plan to put together childcare options for the evening activities, likely in the hospitality suite. As we get closer we will take a kiddo RSVP headcount.
